SELECT TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, LLC was created to assist clients
seeking venture capital. We specialize in securing funding, establishing
strategic relationships and honing product strategies for emerging
growth technology companies. Working in concert with your company
and the investor community, we assist you in creating and updating
financial projections, business plans, product and marketing strategies,
establishing strategic partnerships with other companies, as well
as finding the appropriate sources of venture capital required to grow
your company. We also assist you in merger, acquisition and divestiture
opportunities.
Financing
SELECT TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS will take the lead in managing,
coordinating and closing critical financings, allowing management
to focus on growing the business. We work with your company to develop
a comprehensive business plan, prepare investment presentations, organize
and set up the process for due diligence and then manage the presentations
and process from start to finish.

in your business, acquiring your business, or may be interested in
selling their business to you. We accept these engagements under a business
development charter and work with your company to hone its partnership
strategy in concert with the strategic M&A evaluation. When appropriate
we make the proper introductions and then handle the process from price
negotiation through closing the transaction.
